Account and Registration


No, it is not required to register on the website to place an order. You may purchase any item without creating an account. However, if you choose to register before ordering, you can save your data for further orders and have access to your personal area.

In order to register you may click on https://www.invicta.it/en/account/login and follow the instructions.

If you are already registered on invicta.it you can change your data in your personal area by clicking on "Login" and entering your e-mail and password.
If you forgot your password, you can click on “Forgot password?” and enter your e-mail address: you will then receive an e-mail to reset the password.

Order


If you have found what you have been looking for you may select the quantity or size of the item and add the product to your cart by clicking on “add to cart.” If you wish to purchase more items you can click on “continue shopping,” whereas to complete the order you can click on “view cart.” Here you can add or remove the items, choose the type of delivery and how to pay. If you are a company and you need an invoice do not forget to click on “request invoice” and fill the form. Before proceeding with the payment, you will see a recap and afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
If you have a discount code, you may enter it in the dedicated field in the cart.
You can pay most with credit cards, like Visa, MasterCard American Express, and with PayPal. Every purchase is executed with the utmost security using the most advanced technological systems, such as coding (SSL). Cash on delivery is instead not available.
The first thing you must check is if the e-mail landed in your junk mail: this happens sometimes. If yours is not the case, then you may contact us at the following e-mail address: customercare@invicta.it.
If your order has already been shipped – therefore you’ve already received the e-mail with the tracking number – it is not possible to change your data. Whereas, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can write us at: customercare@invicta.it and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
If you have already received our order confirmation it is not possible to change anything. However, you may ask for a return, following our return policy (https://www.invicta.it/en/pages/reso-facile)
If you’ve entered the e-mail address you can write us at: customercare@invicta.it and we’ll change it, so that you can receive all information about your order.

Delivery


All our products are delivered approximately within 3 to 5 working days from the order date. Please be aware that this may vary in case of delivery addresses outside Italy
Yes, the delivery is free for all orders over 35 € with delivery address in Italy. In every other case you can check the shipping costs directly during the purchase process by entering the desired address.
You may enter a different delivery address when you place the order.
As soon as the forwarding agent picks up your parcel you receive per e-mail the tracking link and you will be able to check it directly on the courier website.
The forwarding agent will schedule a new attempt of delivery for the following working day, and you may monitor your shipment with the dedicated link.
When an item is shipped outside the European Union, it may be subject to import taxes or customs duties: in this case the customer is responsible for paying the additional cost, that may vary according to the country. Hence, we recommend contacting the responsible authority in advance to have more information.
