The online shop of Invicta will ship your order by express courier. Delivery times are indicatively 3/5 working days, it depends on the distance between Turin (Italy) and your country.
When the package is handed to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track the shipment. The link will be active after 24 hours from the date you receive the confirmation email and it will allow you to see the expected date of delivery.
The courier will attempt a new delivery the next day, in the meantime you can check the shipping status online through the link that was sent by mail.
With reference to requests for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, the responsibility for payment of customs charges lies with the buyer and their amount depends on the laws of the country of destination. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports, if the charges are not paid, and for this reason the shipment is rejected or abandoned, shipping fees and customs charges will be deducted from the total amount of the order, and only the difference will be refunded.

The standard delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 business days. During the holidays, there may be some delays due to the high traffic of cargo handled by couriers. If you prefer to receive the goods within 24/48 hours of your purchase, please choose Express delivery directly from the order form. The express delivery is guaranteed only if the item is available on site and will make delivery in 3 working days. This type of delivery is valid only for orders received before 13:00.

Problems with the order

If you have not received an email confirmation, then most likely your payment was not successful. You will be contacted by our customer service representative who will inform you of the non-payment. You will be asked to repeat the payment procedure should you still want to receive the goods.

Tell us your new address for delivery. If the shipment has already been taken over by the courier, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be delivered to the new address. If your order is still in our warehouse we will send it to the new address. In any case, please contact our customer care.

nvicta will accept the return of the goods no later than 30 days from date of purchase. The goods: - Must not have been worn, washed or damaged - Must be submitted with the original packaging and undamaged - Must be accompanied by the return authorization number issued by customer care - Must be the same as indicated in the purchase invoice
Request for reimbursement
Invicta makes it possible to request a refund: - If the merchandise is no longer wanted - If the goods sent are not what was ordered - If the size is not as ordered - If the goods sent are flawed. Contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. You'll need to specify the reasons for your request and then return the goods as instructed by the customer care. Once we receive the goods you sent, you will be reimbursed the amount spent.

The refund of the payment is made when the goods arrive at the Invicta warehouse. You can return the goods at the following conditions: - the goods must be the same as what was indicated on the invoice - the returned merchandise must not have been worn, washed or damaged - the returned merchandise must be received with its original packaging undamaged - the returned merchandise accompanied by an returns authorization number issued by customer care.
